About Us

Background

Evertec Technology Co., Ltd. was founded on September 17, 1994, specializing in single-chip microprocessor applications, lithium battery protection IC as well as lithium battery/charger IC design and applications. Over the years, we have developed an extensive understanding of single chip microprocessor and lithium battery technologies. Our strong word-of-mouth reputation gained through long-term partnerships with customers has allowed us to grow and technologically surpass our competitors. 

In 2008, Evertec began applying single chip technology to the design of solar-powered MPPT and LED lighting products. In the future, we hope to build on this research to produce green energy products in order to do our part for the environment and encourage people to take energy-saving design seriously.

Company Vision

“Create green energy-saving technologies and protect planet Earth”. 

Green energy has become one of the most important issues of the 21st Century, as the world's oil supply will be exhausted within 40 years and global warming continues to make its presence felt. In 2008, Evertec was commissioned to develop MPPT controllers for solar power applications and LED energy-saving lighting power modules. During this time, Evertec realized that most of the solar power systems in Taiwan were based on imported components and the quality of LED lighting products were unstable. This meant there was still a long way before product specifications and integration could become standardized. To take the industry to the next level and promote green energy sources, Evertec embraced the mission of designing high-efficiency and energy-efficient electronic circuits. As inhabitants of planet Earth, energy saving and carbon emission reduction must be more than just a slogan. We should do more to use our expertise to develop alternative energy products and energy-saving LED lighting so everyone can embrace the ideals of environmentalism.

Set up the green power website “www.evertec.com.tw” to promote green energy products over the Internet. Also offering customization services to help local and foreign customers design renewable energy and energy-saving lighting products. 
 

2018

Successfully developed the Maximum Power Point Tracking (MPPT) controller to improve the efficiency of solar power panels.
 

2000~2003


Developed new mobile phone battery products and patents that were well received by U.S. customers:

Successfully developed the Maximum Power Point Tracking (MPPT) controller to improve the efficiency of solar power panels.

Developed the LED Driver IC module for use in LED backlighting products. Also worked with IC design house StarChips on developing LED Driver IC applications.

2008.12


Developed the "Power Bank" product and worked with IC design house Neotec on promoting the design and use of battery capacity management IC. 

2009.3

Set up the green power website “www.evertec.com.tw” to promote green energy products over the Internet. Also offering customization services to help local and foreign customers design renewable energy and energy-saving lighting products. 
 

1995~2000

Developed the first locally produced lithium protector IC for Taiwanese mobile phones.
